OneLogin announced that the issue was fully resolved as of 5:26PM Eastern.
Most users were able to login prior to this but formal all clear did not come till 5:26 PM.
Foundation Source is currently experiencing a technical issue with logging into its online services including Impactfully. This issue is due to a service outage being experienced by our SSO vendor, OneLogin. OneLogin is aware of the issue and is actively working on a solution.

8:12AM Eastern - [Investigating] OneLogin Engineers have identified an issue with Single Sign-On Services; some customers may be experiencing degraded performance. We are working to quickly restore service.
10:27AM Eastern - [Investigating] Engineers continue to investigate the service disruption with the highest priority.
